At Pain Management Consultants we use a comprehensive plan to help assure patients receive the pain relief they need to enhance their quality of life, increase the ability to function on a daily basis and lead productive lives.
We accomplish this by taking an integrated approach to pain management, providing consultation and treatment to individuals with acute or long-term chronic pain.

To save time and ensure the best possible care, please bring the following to your first visit:
Please mail (101 W Koenig Lane, Ste 100, Austin, Texas 78751) or fax (512/454.7294) pages 1-6 prior to your appointment and bring the remainder of the packet with you. Plan to arrive at our office 15 minutes early with completed paperwork. If you are unable to fill out the forms ahead of time, plan to arrive at the office earlier (about 45 minutes) to fill them out.
