	J. Lowell Haro, MD Austin's first Pain Management physician certified through the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Haro founded Pain Management Consultants, P.A, Austin's first full-time pain management practice, in 1994. Dr. Haro completed his Anesthesiology and Pain Management training at the Universtiy of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine, and his Bachelors degree from Tulane University. He has been an Austin anesthesiologist and Pain Management practitioner since 1980 and a fisherman his entire life.
	Jeffrey Higginbotham, MD Dr. Higginbotham is a graduate of University of North Texas and earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2004. After finishing his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, Dr. Higginbotham completed a Pain Management Fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He is certified in Pain Management through the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Higginbotham is married and the father of two young children. Dr. Higginbotham enjoys running marathons, golfing, fishing and most other forms of outdoor recreation.
	Diane Dewan, P.A.-C. Diane Dewan, P.A.-C. received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Bachelor's Degree of Science and Physician Assistant Certificate at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Dewan worked in Family Medicine, End Stage Renal Disease, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis and Renal Transplant prior to coming to Pain Management Consultants in 1995. She is also certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Mrs. Dewan is married and the mother of three children. Her outside interests include fitness, travel, tennis, golf, and snow skiing.
	Helen Zook, P.A.-C. Helen Zook, P.A.-C. did her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and received her degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mrs. Zook has been a practicing Physician Assistant for 23 years with the majority of that time spent in Family Medicine. Mrs. Zook joined the Pain Management Consultants team in October 2010. Mrs.Zook is married and the mother of three teenage boys. The family moved to the Austin area in August of 2010, from Houston. They enjoy outdoor activities including water sports and snow skiing.
	Richard Todd, P.A.-C. Richard Todd, P.A.-C. graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern School of Allied Health with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Science. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. Todd has been in practice since 1993, with extensive experience in surgery including Cardiothoracic, Vascular, General, and Orthopedic. More recently he worked in Physical Medicine and Rehab as well as Pain Management. Mr. Todd joined the Pain Management Consultants team in January 2011. Mr. Todd is married and has one son. Originally from Dallas, he and his family came to Austin in 1995. He enjoys bird hunting, photography, motorcycles and plays guitar when time allows.
